  • Ever since the movie "Supersize Me" came out, everyone always assumes fat people are unhealthy. Sometimes, like in my case, we were unhealthy before we became fat.

  • I agree @FIREDMOTION, I'm sorry if this sounds rude but Ms. Amanda it might be wise to clean up that room you are sitting in if you want to make a valid point on video about how "Not lazy" fat ppl are. #jussayin

  • this is a response to my last comment,if people don't have a healthy thyroid they can be either extremely underweight or overweight. I am sorry but if you have a less healthy snack once in a while you shouldn't gain a whole bunch of weight right away from it. Thats how my body worked. Another thing is getting your pancrease checked. It controls your blood sugar which can result in weight gain. Also things like adrenal controls energy. If you dont have enough energy, its harder to excersise

  • One thing that society seems to never mention is that sometimes you have to treat the inside of your body so everything works well. If there are problems in your body it can be a lot easier to gain weight. Not saying that if you are really over weight its not somewhat your fault but I think people don't realize it can be a lot easier to gain weight when every thing is not functioning right. Example everyone needs to get their thyroid check. I have to take kept to keep my thyroid functioning...

  • First of all, love you girl :) Second, in my point of view, "fat" can be a choice, I'm not considered fat but I'm surely overweight, and I don't mind it at all, I love my body, I don't want to do sports so I can get skinny, I hate being skinny, been there done that, boring, I love fat women, even tho most women don't like the word fat, as a gay male, I can surely say that fat women rule, a gay male and a fat female can do wonders as best friends :)

  • Everyone who is severely overweight is unhealthy. Even if it isn't affecting their health at the moment, if they keep up the lifestyle they are living then they will have health problems. It's science.

  • @Melanie62389 So what does this have to do with people being rude or dismissive when I'm in the gym or buying healthy food? Is your point that I should do neither of these things until I am of a weight that pleases you? The point was that often when fat people enter areas with health concious people, there's immediate rectal-crainal inversion.

  • @amandazillah I am referring to the end of your video when you were talking about how you can't judge from the outside whether people have health problems or not. I agree to some extent that this is true, but if you are severely overweight then you are for sure unhealthy and very very likely have other health problems due to the weight. I'm not talking about you specifically...

By the way I am overweight myself, and I can identify with some of the things that you are have said in this video.

  • @amandazillah I never understood that ....I'd get heckled while out on my bicycle ,to the point I wanted to sew "kiss this!" into the seat of my pants! I've since realized that some people just don't like seeing big people at all- as if staying at home is going to help, then they'd accuse us of "sponging off disability"

  • @ginastarke2 I am happy to say I've found a respite in yoga class. People are friendly and I really enjoy it. (I did gain a few more pounds since I developed a bulging disc in my back. Yoga helps with that-it helps with everything, to be honest. Good for the back, good for the mind, good for high blood pressure. It's win-win.

Then after that I hit the ellipical. I love it because it doesn't hurt my joints. Also, people on machines are concetrating too much to care about me.

  • You go around noticing people snapping at you when you hint you might need to lose some weight; then you notice that are fatter than everyone in a yoga class. But the moral of the story is that a fit person can collapse just like a fat ass. Sorry, fat asses are unhealthy....case closed. Oh, and if you disagree, go talk to some doctors as your school. They will set the record right fast about supposed fat but healthy myth...

  • Eat shit, fatass!

  • go to curves lol

  • @Fleshsifter Nah, they are pretty boring-with everyone just going on different machines for only a few minutes. Although I suppose one visit wouldn't hurt.

  • Calories in minus calories out. Keep going to the gym, and make small efforts in changing bad diet habits. Never worry about what other people think of you. Being in shape should be for yourself and your quality of life. I wish you well

  • @unrstone Thanks, I've been doing a better job of that. But now I have a tendon injury caused by jogging! So when this heals, I'll be looking for another form of exercise. :)

  • Shut the fuck up you annoying bitch. Your room is a mess by the way....

  • true

  • Yes. You should see my husband's.

Curtain will be made shortly, once I get around to firing up the sewing machine in the corner of the room.

  • Your room's a mess.
