Ok. all you did wus pull the muffler off its slow and you dont have a turbo if it wus turbocharged you would have a boost gauge dumbass learn more about cars before you try to pull some stupid shit like that and dont post anymore videos with that van
That van is not turbo.. lol. And no turbo pistons needed when turboing.. stock compression is 9.0:1. If van was turbo you would deff hear the spool with that wide open exhaust.
definitely has a turbo..there were both engines..one w/ the turbo and one without....this one here does have turbo...its turbo lag...though and when it spools up u can barely hear it..even in a stick Quest you can hear but not too loud
its ok you dont have to say sorry lol the i and o key are right next to each other, but i had one and ive seen several. when i was younger it was one of my favorite cars because we took it everywhere and to my knowledge its not turboed. i could be wrong though. i believe its the same engine as the maxima just slightly different.
to respond to senorspode, yes i went ahead and fabricated some headers, i had to do alot of test fitting but i crammed it all in there. oh and depending on what year your van is, you may have to put larger injectors in it and boost your fuel pressure.
Okay, I have a '95 Quest and a turbo from an '87 300ZX that used the same VG30E engine. I know I'll have to get the turbo pistons but do you have to make a custom exhaust header for the turbo?
This van has a greddy turbocharger and intercooler, K&N cold air intake, MSD coil and wires, AEM adjustable cams, AEM racing chip, and nitrous. It's putting down at least 400 to the pavement...it's fast
Just like using a Land-Rover in Drag-Race!
