I agree if taking drugs makes someone happy why are they percecuted for using them as people are suppose to have the right to life, liberty and persuit of happiness. According to supreme court decision Roe vs Wade, You have a right to your body.

@cellardoor199991 No I am not stupid, but building more prisons and locking people up is not the answer, not to mention the crime it is creating. I have taken morphine , codiene ect under a pain management doctor for past 6 years for chronic pain. I am going to stop though am am weening off mainly because they just are not working anymore. I never got high just kind of a sick stomach and groggy feeling at first. I just hope I will be able to function am going to try some other avenues for pain
