@DeathTripp666 Have you tried it? the clearance between the frame and manifolds isn't enough. you need custom manifolds, which means you cannot use the stock turbo's. or at least you would be stupid to use them. its not worth the pain and money to Twin Turbo a FC. the Gains are not significant enough with todays Twin Scroll turbos. you realize why twin turbos are used right? its for response not power. with todays turbos its VERY easy to have a single turbo set-up spool quick and make Power.

@RotaryGTUs really in snow no its not as you have a better chance of getting stuck and the housing bolts to the unibody of the car seeing a RX7 has no real frame and is a unibody just like any other car made today. to pull it you lift the car up which at some junkyards the car may already be lifted and sitting on blocks or something and then with a cheaterbar a rachet and the right sized socket you take the bolts out then the housing should fall down just make sure the motor/tranny are removed.

This Housings for the motor are held by 19 Tension bolts that travel THROUGH THE ENTIRE MOTOR. you cannot simply just "unbolt" it. and the Flywheel and front Pulley are held by bolt/nut. The Front is held @ 90ft/lbs. which can be removed by hand. i know i've done it. now the rear flywheel..... its a 2 1/8" nut @310 FT/lbs. damn near impossible to remove by hand.

@TazFC3s its much easier to "drift" an AWD car. the back wants to kick out, and the front wants to wash out... therefore making it hard to spin out... RWD drifting... AKA rEAl drifting takes much more precision and skill.

Gotta love the rx7.... and hate the lack of torque it puts out, its harder to slide an rx7 then almost any other FR setup with similar wheelbase due to the lack of torque
What's it running? Sounds like a 12a Bridgeport. Mine's got a 13B EGI, tuned up to about 220bhp (got plans for more in the future) and at high revs it really is a screamer. =D

ya specs might be more specific than this but from what i've seen a FC is better than an rx8 and cheaper too. I would love to drift an rx7 but if you need to replace body parts after an accident your looking at paying a price. Not so much with the 2nd gen rx7

ya specs might be more specific than this but from what i've seen a FC is better than an rx8 and cheaper too. I would love to drift an rx7 but if you need to replace body parts after an accident your looking at paying a price. Not so much with the 2nd gen rx7

It grows on you ;) If you can afford another car to begin to learn, go for a 240 but if you wanna stick with the rotary, grab and FC. I'm learning on my FC.

of course, you can see the fmic and hear the bov. He should also have a bigger turbo. It's definitely not pushing stock hp. Amazing job tho. Very clean. I love it!
