Why do so many of you simply accept uniformitarianism and an old earth (millions or billions of years) and also the geologic column? Are you all so simple that you simply believe what the government tells you? The earth is only about 6000 years old just like the Bible says. I have done research: Noah flood 0 evidences, young earth 6000 years 0 evidences ,existence of all animals at once 0 evidences,afterlife 0 evidences.

It's pretty amazing when you see a fossilized fish eating another fossilized fish. It would almost seem like something very fast happened which killed both fish simultaneously. Almost like they were very rapidly covered in something. As to their age,I couldn't tell you. And I don't see how anyone can be 100% right and still be honest.

You're right about the "very rapidly covered" part. A big part of fossilization is quick burial by sediments in a fairly rapid event. Also these fossil bearing sedimentary rocks can't be dated directly using radiometrics. You can date igneous layers that my lie over and under the fossil strata in a process called bracketing. Even with bracketing, you can only be fairly certain of age.

Sorry, but it couldn't have. They died millions of years apart, and in different parts of the world, and the Biblical flood was a local one. (The correct translation is that it covered the 'whole land'. IE: the entire area. According to the Biblical account, in the beginning, all of humanity lived in a relatively small area (and didn't spread out until after the Tower of Babel), so there would be absolutely no reason for God to flood the entire Earth.

There is a man named Robert Dick Wilson who did the work for you as far as checking out the Bible as to whether it is the Word of God or not. Read "A Scientific Investigation of the Old Testament" .
