I just took 5 more screen shots of where Morgana is still at Broo although the blogger has politely and with continuing good cause asked Tony Berkman different a long time ago. Berkman has also illegally retaliated against me by removing my access to Broowaha.

Obviously Berkman owes the blogger he cyber defamed here a BIG apology here. Berkman, you willfully and with intent to harm published false statements here that is very damaging to a blogger's reputation. Berkman has very gravely publicly libeled Morgana here and he has also frighteningly threatened her here with a very serious lawsuit.

Berkman has illegally and unethically retaliated against this blogger for her only wanting to be compensated for her work, and when she wasn't, removing her permission to use her work, which is any blogger's right. Bloggers aren't slaves. And slavery is illegal. Berkman made false accusation of an offense and a malicious misrepresentation of blogger Morgana's words and actions Berkman had profited from for years prior.

Berkman recklessly, intentionally and willfully made written public defamation on YouTube and with the intention of inducing others not to associate with a blogger while for years prior Berkman has been profiting off this blogger's content but with no compensation to this blogger who now just wants to be paid for her work, just like anyone does, including Berkman.

Berkman, it's libel you yourself have done making a very false and chilling accusation on YouTube to a blogger of being a troll. As CEO of Blog Catalog and Broowaha and, a blogger himself, Berkman knows perfectly well what troll means in cyberspace which is why Berkman chose this most vulgar of terms in blogging. As Berkman well knows, the accusation of troll is the most damning and injurious to a blogger.

Tony Berkman, John, Digidavid David Cohn et al continues to wrongly and unethically reproduce, distribute, perform, publicly display, or make into a derivative work Morgana content as it is without the permission of Morgana, its owner, although earlier Morgana has now notified Tony Berkman et al several times to permanently delete all Morgana comments in Broowaha and all Morgana articles in Broowaha. Yet they are still there.
