Some recipes call for a lot more ingredients, which is fine, but if you're trying to keep costs down they won't do it. This one is easier on the budget, and looks good too. Thanks much, I'll definitely give it a try.
Hi I'm a new subbie I found you while looking for chinease food recipes. Girl I have to make this! I am trying to keep from spending so much money on fast food and learn to cook it at home. I will be trying this for sure thank you for sharing this with us :0)
@QUEENMTS any kinda liquid u use, u can add cornstarch and cold water to it and it will thicken. when i make my asian sauce, i use soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, ginger, and my choice of spices. but basically, u can use whatever u choose
Alright, TriceyG. That looks delicious. I like the corn starch better when making gravy because it has a better consistency than flour. Girl, you know these Chinese restaurants took the green onions out of their stir-fry rice and the eggs. I was eating and was like something is missing. And, some be putting too many bean spouts in their egg food yung. But, this here looks really good. You did good by not using the salt. That gravy does it. Thanks 4 sharing.

Looks like it is tasty. I agree with your grandparents, no added salt is great for your health. I hope they enjoyed it.
You can also use grapeseed oil so you can use a higher heat.
