At this particular parade, there are majorettes, but they do not come with the individual bands. There is a massive group that goes round the parade route two or three times as a separate 'act'.
well I don't know if Im' going yet. I was invited by the USA Drum Major association to perform along with other drum majors. I might go....i'll tell you if i go...
i used to be a lkn marching wildcat and would have gone on the trip but then i switched schools thanks for uploading and congrats lnhs marching wildcats
That's a pleasure. Thank you for going to the trouble and expense to come all the way here to entertain us. I hope you enjoyed your time in London and had/have a good journey home!
Great. Thank you, and all you Londoners who posted video of our Marching Wildcat Band from North Carolina! My granddaughter was carrying the banner, and I wouldn't have gotten a chance to see their performance without the various videos you all performed. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!
This may be repetitive but honestly thanks sooo much for posting this. Its really cool to see the other bands too since I was marching and never saw the other bands except at the hotel. Also, all the families back home in the States can see us now. :)
Thanks for your comment. It is not at all repetitive as you are the very first person to comment who was actually marching in the parade. I hope you enjoyed your stay in London (maybe you are still here). I am sorry it was so cold. If you had come last year it was a lot milder!
I really enjoyed my stay and Im very glad it didnt rain. I got used to the cold and when we arrived back at the airport everyone was laughing cause it was "warm" compared to what we had been through all week.
Thanks so much for taking this video and posting it, Phillip210! I'm a proud Marching Wildcat Trombone Mom here in North Carolina USA, and it was great to see my son and his friends. Neat to see the other bands, too -- extra nice that you edited out the "in between" times so we can watch several bands in a row, plus the way you listed them all made it easier to find on the website. Thanks again!
It's a pleasure. I'm only sorry I didn't quite get all the bands. They are the outstanding feature of the parade, and the only parts that I videoed! I salute the huge effort (and fundraising) that must lie behind sending all the band members here!
Thank you. My friends from band class are in the Lake Norman Wildcats Marching Band. I hate not getting to go and march along side them. Thanks again for posting this video.
Like I said I wish I could have been there with them. But I couldn't afford to go and plus I wanted to be able to spend the New Years with my family. Maybe I'll go next time. ^-^

I'm glad you enjoyed it. It is a fantastic effort by them (and the other American bands) to come all the way to London and march for us!

Thank you, my son was marching in the FCHS band, and I had been looking for a video to see them in the parade.

I'm glad you were able to see them. The bands move past pretty quickly, so the amount of footage I can get is limited!

Yay for FCHS lol.
