@hobocamptheater. For audio, some macs come with them pre installed with iMovie. Or, if you do a google search for free sound effects, I'm sure you'll find something. As for video, I'd check detonationfilms(dot)com. They aren't HD or anything, but they are free and work decently.

@ErockOverboard. Make sure that "All Effects" are selected along the top tool bar. Along the top of your screen in Final Cut, go to Effects > Effect Availability > All Effects. I hope this helps and shows it to you. If not, make sure your looking in the right location. It should be there.

@MedievalHollywood I did go to effects then effect avaiblity, and i did go to disort, but still no luck. I only have 155 effects.

@ErockOverboard. Sorry, man. I don't know what to tell you. Look online, and there might be a 3rd party plug-in for Final Cut that creates a similar effect. Just Google "Final Cut Camera Shake Plugin" or something. Maybe something will come up.  Best of luck!

@xjon123230. Yup. Do you mean like a way to record what you see on the screen? I use a product called ScreenFlow.  It's a $100 piece of software that you can download. That's how I made this one. I would recommend it. :) I hope this helps!

@xjon123230. Well, a lot of those screen capturing softwares can be found as a free download through some websites. It is illegal, but there is no watermark or anything. It's the straight forwards program. If you just search "ScreenFlow for free" on YouTube, you are bound to find several links. However, it may take some trial and error to find. That's how I got mine, but shhhhh, don't tell anyone. lol
