  • im watching this now ...CRACKWOOD the movie !!! coming soon.

  • I love this movie!!!

  • the 80's was such a better time for movies... more focus on creativity and good ideas than writing movies around actors, big budget FX, and emerging technologies. This cost a fraction of any of the new transformers movies and kicks alot more ass.

  • apparently this is NOT available on dvd, original copy, IS IT?

  • @CYRAPHYM

There are lots of copies on ebay...

  • @InvisibleRightLegLad - thx much, I will check....

  • @CYRAPHYM Oh, It is available on DVD now. Though, I would get a European or Japanese release, because they have the full version. The US have the cut theatrical version.

  • @TheCarambah - MUCH THANKS

  • I don't know about any of you out there but Rutger Hauer is one of my favorite actors. And this movie The Blood of Hereos IS my favorite Movie next to LadyHawk.

  • Bring the past into the future.

  • Am I the only one who wants to try to make this a real sport? Ive already made a pole arm and some make shift helmets.

  • I love this movie

  • 1989 The Blood Of Heroes was Vincent D'Onofrio's 7th movie.

  • The best sports movie ever made.

Perhaps one of the best movies ever made.

  • Yes ... Vincent can "swing my chain" any time!

  • I actually enjoyed this movie. Although I was extremely confused in the beginning.

Vincent D'Onofrio was as handsome as can be, still is too. Loved his character, swinging that heavy chain...sigh.
