Sean definitley got his father's wit. He's very blunt and to the point, but in a very endearing way. Both John and Yoko were known for speaking their mind with little regard to others and that's what makes them so special. They weren't afraid to be themselves and neither is Sean apparently. @KinkKarp Max was Sean's best friend during childhood. Max's family owned "Tavern On The Green" where the Lennons often lunched and there is a tape of a conversation dating from 1979 between John and Sean where they discuss Max's fifth birthday party which Sean had just attended. Tragically Max passed away in 2005 after a motorcycle crash and Sean dedicated his album "Friendly Fire" to his memory.

Stepping Out is off of the Milk and Honey album, which came out 1984. Given that Sean was born in 1975, he's probably around nine years old.

Sean had a normal life with a father for his first years and another still alter. Julian had to live with no father and his poor mother got no support. When Jules did see his dad, it was hard ot find anything to relate to, they were practically strangers

He seems like quite a serious child, he considers his answers seriously and really tries to answer carefully. Very mature for his age. I wouldn't be surprised if Julian was very similar. They both seem to have grown up to be very nice men. Both so talented. They seem so alike in many ways, even many similar mannerisms. Best wishes to both of them.

I wasn't crazy about the way he was interviewed. But what a bright kid. You can just see the sparkling intelligence in his eyes. Absolutely brimming with intelligence and wit. He already knew things like not talking publicly about others in an interview, etc, so young. How did Sean and Julian's mothers manage to raise them so well-balanced despite the tragedy that happened to John. Sean is amazing here as a young child. Very touching.
