How do you get the water fall

Woot! I am late as hell to LBP2 but I got platty on LBP1 and I am fascinated with creating levels. Even more fascinated with LBP2 create mode and now confident (thanks to these videos) enough to start building. New tools were a lot to take in but you helped so much. I looked around quite a bit for a decent explanation of the tools to no avail until now. Thanks a lot!

ive seen a few leves that use like the actual water to make waterfals and it looks epic and i saw one that the water moves forward then falls and i see it conected to like the back idk how to explain :/ the level had to do with the prius XD lol but i like the water trick

@Arjunaseal I don't think that was ever a concept; neither the hologram material nor the movie camera works anything like that. There are no video walls.

@tyeb29 There's not much to explain; the answer to your question is "no, Sackboys can't wield weapons" because there are no weapons for them to wield. There are power-ups, but no weapons.

@tyeb29 actually there are some levels on the community were you can slash with your sword, and defend with you sheild to get out of harms way, if you cant find these levels just ask me for their names

lol yeah you can. LBP1 has a wooden sword, And the pack Paptapon gives you a sword for sackboy. <_<

@tyeb29 well actually its a yes and a no. you can make sackbots have a sword costume piece but it wont do any thing, but with logic you can make it seem like your killing things with your sword.

@vc99vc99 you can get the material in eve's world(the plant themed one). you get it in a level called "patients are a virtue" right after you come out of a cave you will have to push a flaming sphere to burn limbs out of your way. Jump in front of the ball before it reaches the second limb and jump to the ledge ahead, the waterfall material is sitting in a hole along with another sticker or something

@CrickyJacob It doesn't work that way at all; it only links to published levels. It will never take you to a level on your moon.

@wissker202 There's a level that had prize bubbles for items we couldn't get in the story mode; I played that level and got these items there.

By the way, I think you can move things between layers while holding things with the grabinator. I'm pretty sure that's correct.

@natmil1 Nope; you can only move and rotate, not enlarge or shrink the texture.

I can see what the UV tool can be used for. In LBP when ppl wanted to cover a whole material with a colour using a sticker it was a bit of a faff on trying to get it onto the sides of the material so u cud put a sticker on the front and move the UV around so it will fit on the sides as well, gud idea? or does tht not even work?

@pageymagma The UV Tool only affects the material's texture, not the position of a sticker placed upon it.

@voro122 Nope; I have it set to alert me when someone invites me or wants to join so I can make the decision at the time. Sometimes I let people join, otherwise I'm busy.

if you use the level link that means that the person playing the first level won't be able to grade/ heart that level since it will take you staight to the linked level. is this true? or will you still be able to grade the level without you having to manually search for it again/

@JakeLikesJoking When you return to your pod after playing a linked level, your cursor will still be on the first level, just like if you played a level without level links.

@grievous549 My biggest OMG moment was when I played the fl0w level (there's a video here on YouTube if you search for it); it was INSANE! I can usually work out how creators do certain things with the logic, but with this level I was too immersed to care.
