Okay I was using frostwire and I downloaded a bunch of songs.. they were at 100% complete. I was going to start transferring them into i-tunes..but i accidentally hit the plug on my computer and it shut off. I turned it back on and I clicked on frost wire and my songs were gone. So I went into my file shares and my songs are there. I just don't know how to get them into my i-tunes now as I don't want duplicates of the other songs I already have. I hope this isn't to confusing! Thanks :)

can anybody explain this to me. im just starting to use frostwire considering that limewire was legally shut down. when one is downloded it saves to the computer rather than going directly to itunes. when imporing it to itunes it has a list of files and you choose the one you wish to import. do these files take up extra space on the computer or is it the same as if they were sent directly to itunes or if i bought them.

@blindiris22 It doesn't copy the files twice all it does is create a link to where the file is at and iTunes. If for instance you were to move the song to a different location you'd have to re link them up.

an eiser way just to save them to windows media player is to create a new playlist then click now playing keep it opened up then highlight the songs you downloaded drag them to NOW PLAYING RIGHT CLICK add to the new playlist

Make Sure You Are Connected To The Net And Try Closing And Opening The Program. Also Your Firewall Could Be Blocking The Program, Which You Can Stop It From Doing So.
