Very clear performance! sounds very very nice. the intonation is good, not always, the sound is there; you guys have everything, so you could play en a more exiting way, this music is full of joy.... most of the time sounds boring. Oboe, soften your tongue. Flute, be more graceful. your vibrato shuld be faster.
The flute part is exactly within its normal range. It would not sound very good on piccolo because it would sound much airier. About the oboist, as I myself am an oboist, I could tell you, the english horn would not be able to reach all of the notes played by the oboe. They would be to high in some sections. It would also not sound as good as it sounds in the second movement because it would not create the mood that the composer wanted to create.
The flute part is not so high and is obviously written for flute, not piccolo, so in response to 123456afz, no there is no reason for the flutist to play a piccolo on such a piece. The oboe sounds like it should sound as well.
I play the bassoon and this piece sounds great put the flute needs to get a piccolo if shes going to keep playing those high notes like that and the oboe needs to find a english horn and that should explain itself
What piece is this?

Not to mention the chords would be stretched due to the gap in timbre between the piccolo and EH, it just wouldn't sound as tight harmonically.
