  • I like how she just stops when she is about to shoot and is like "Oh shit." at 0:46

  • Blackblast area wasn't cleared

  • Drive-by with an RPG!

  • Following up on my previous post, this is in part why the Series T-X was developed by Skynet *at all*; to make a bleeding-edge tech anti-Terminator that preserved the shapeshifting disguise advantages of T1000, but WITHOUT the totally polymimetic alloy construction that allowed its predecessors programming flaw; with a more conventional CPU, the T-X could be held in line with SKYNET's directives through read-only mode (though true, it probably DID pack more processing power than Series 800s).

  • @DorianMichaelsIII The novels are best thought of as 'what if' exercises. :) Going by what we saw on SCREEN, the T-1000 would've been sent back in read-only mode.

In my view, the endoskeletal/'liquid metal' combination is superior for combat-related reasons. There are ways of dealing with liquids (especially when magnetics or plasma weapons are used - as demonstrated in 'T3', itself) which won't affect an armoured, solid construction. In effect, the T-X literally is the best of both worlds. :)

  • Pull over! Yer under arrest for Vehicular Decapitation!

  • when u think bout it that TX is pretty weak :P

  • @MikeTheMaster01 She tanked a bazooka!

  • @mallorick79 thats all really... she just takes hits she doesnt rly deliver out as many good punches...

  • @MikeTheMaster01 That's because when she does, they're huge. When her and the T-800 fight, she comes out of it victorious and unscathed. That's not being weak.

  • @MikeTheMaster01 / That's because she was written that way. If these units exsisted for real, she could have crushed the T-800 within minutes, or blown him up with her artillary. In fiction, she may be the villain, but villains are written to lose no matter what. Plus, they didn't want a young blonde fembot owning Arnold in every fight scene.

  • @MikeTheMaster01 Weak? I hate to break it you but the metal skeleton built into the TX is 100x stronger then any armor of any T-model with a CPU smarter then any terminator with liquid metal for flesh to change between identities. and unlike the T-1000, it can carry on-board weapons from the FUTURE which the other terminator could never do. And it also has the ability to control other machines.

So yeah as much as I favor the T-1000 the T-X is an ANTI-Terminator and IS superior.

  • @MisterHeHeHe I will disagree with you on ONE count...the T-X is *not* smarter than the T1000...or at least doesn't have the *potential* to become as smart; the T1000 was a HUGE risk for Skynet, because it had only one mode, autonomous, NO read only mode. In short, if T1000 suddenly decided not to follow Skynet's orders, there was nothing in it to make it do so again. The T2 novel even says that it could develop a level of processing power to rival *or surpass Skynet itself*.
