Wanna do it easier? download Dead Island, then Steam, then SmartSteam, then Hamachi, Install the game, then steam, then the smartsteam, then Hamachi...open SmartSteam and add the game, then open Hamachi and host a network, then open the game from SmartSteam and give your IP to a friend, then make him/her join your network, and then connect from the game :)

@TheHDshuffle No smart steam will not mess up or steal your account. Just make a new one and start up smart steam and log into the new one you created. It doesn't "infect" your steam.
