man i wish i had a dead road in my town. 0r even a fuckin skid pan! every decent town should have one.
fuckin pigs and council should put more FREE drag strips and skid pans in every town! save kids killing themselfs street racing! but NO lets not do that lets fuckin fine them! fevenue risin asses! just killin ppl to tryin to make cash! then complain because they gotta go tell someone's mum and dad!
i know it wont stop street racin but it will lower it alot!
