i get that's he's trying to give dark skinned black women some praise since they get so little but that doesn't make it okay to put down light skinned black woman. it's not helping with colorism, it's not good from either side. i'm light but my self-esteem is pretty bad. i'm the least stuck-up person i know lol. i just wish all black women would get praise no matter what complexion.

I never knew light skinned black girls thought they had it all. Wouldn't they have that same feeling of being resented by the black community because of their light completion, and at the same time still feel not accepted by the white community?
