  • is this an unaired scene from the Dead Dog Records story arc?

  • Deborah once said she can't play any instuments :)

  • I remember one line from this show: "Take a hike Mcpike!"

  • How come that lady is speaking in Spanish and then all of a sudden singing in English?

  • Retard it is French!

  • LOL! But you could have at least answered the guy's question.

  • They translate the show into French, for the benefit of the French speakers, so they can understand the plot. But the song is not part of the plot and it is art, so they leave it alone.

  • This was so cool, it made my day. Thanks.

  • thank you for posting this! love it! loved this show, Wiseguy! Excellent show, too bad it went off the air also, had so many wondeful actors in it, thank you!

  • this is even better in English! (the Ken Wahl part, that is...)

  • WOW Un Flic dans la Mafia "vinnie terranova"

    quels bons souvenirs merci bcp.

  • I have always loved this "unplugged" piano version of "Brite Side". It shows off Debbie's voice beautifully, and it would make a great recording.

  • Tre bien, the Wise Guy was a great series.

  • If Debbie would make an album with this kind of music I would buy it immediately. Do someone know the first song she sang?

  • The first song she's singing is "I Only Have Eyes For You". It's an old 1930s standard.

  • Absolutely stunning vocals on Briteside!!

  • Debbie herself claims this if her favourite song. I'm glad she agrees with me. Well done petal.

  • What is the name of the second song? I recognize it, but I can't think of the name. Debbie's voice is amazing in this clip, I love it. Thanks granki17 for sharing.

  • The second song is called 'Brite Side' recorded in 1989. Debbie claims it's her favourite song as do I. Incedentally Belinda Carlisle's favourite song, 'VIsion of You' also mathes mine. All three of us think alike; a further coincidence; both ladies record under the same label, Chrysalis Records.

  • That's funny, I love both those songs as well! Belinda and Debbie are my favorite singers, I LOVE them both. Thanks!

  • I know what you mean. Kim Wylde and other 80's singers just don't come close for some reason. There's something about Belinda and Debbie; I don't know what it is but there's something about them...

  • is she really playing the piano ?

  • It's amazing the different and beautiful voices this woman has. I'm utterly astounded.

  • What a perfect voice!
