The virgin car has a Toyota steering wheel, bit odd.

The Sauber has a BMW steering wheel, also odd.

The Mercedes GP car has different mirrors, this is just a repainted Brawn GP car.

Every car is simply repainted. A very sloppy and hastily created mod.

if i have to be honest codemasters F1 2010 will be the best F1 game. I know i will get negative reactions from rfactor lovers, but come on, be honest. Rfarctor is an unprofessional pc game updated by mods. cod F1 2010 is developed for ages with a very large budget. Rfactor shows some big bugs to. and the grafics are not to good. Ever seen a realistic crash in rfactor? codemasters is a pro in devoleping racing games. But rfactor stays a nice game, for onboard laps or those who don't have ps3 etc.

@jort999 F1 2010 won't be anything on this. It'll have a career mode and child friendly handling... because that's what Codies do. If that's what you want from an F1 game, it'll be the best F1 game but if it's sim racing you want, rFactor / GTR / F1 Challenge will still blow it out the water.

@Logicfray The AI, for a game released half a decade ago, is pretty good. Besides, it wasn't created for racing bots. Played the F1 2010 demo a couple of days ago... and it's all set up to be a shiny, mediocre, unit-shifter of a racing game I'm afraid. Nice career mode, not so nice racing.

@WhyGenFM3 there hasn't been any demos except for one public demonstration except for a show with adrian sutil a few months ago in Germany. Besides demos are not the finished version of a game. If you can show a link to a demo or "unofficial pc demo" I welcome it. While I am waiting for the final version before I pass judgement, so far it has many features that full "sims" wish they have (variable weather, simulation of marbles).

@Logicfray I agree with you to a degree. Weather's just a novelty though. F1 Challenge had it 7 years ago, dry line included and it just doesn't add anything to a sim. Marbles... that'll be impressive, but it does confirm there'll be no mod tracks, and is something rFactor and other sims counter balance with tyre temperatures and dirt off line. 20 days time'll show it's GRiD's open wheels in a dress I'm afraid, should have a fun single player mode though.

@Logicfray In video games weather is a novelty yes. Not least because it's not REAL, it's nothing more than another variable that adds a (feeble) element of risk. Racing simulators aren't strategy games... they're racing games, clues in the title. F1 2010 will NOT be a quality racing sim for many reasons... 1) The audience Codies aim for, 2) The ease of the handling, 3) The complete lack of any mods (bar their own pay for releases no doubt), 4) The killer... FLASHBACK.

RFactor's made by ISI, the team who made the last properly challenging racing game, F1c, and as for the mods... unprofessional? That's an insult. They're not money driven like Codemaster or other developers, so their insentive is to create a true driving experience NOT to shift as many units as possible by way of novelty like knocking over your pit crew...

i have the tvstyle plugin and the brake bar doesnt work (doesnt fill up when you break) the 2009 plugin works but this dont? any ideas, i use win 7 and i run as administrator etc etc
