@MusicBoy2100 its from TR AOD, on the soundtrack its track no. 15.....i think. its from Le Serpert Rouge level which is the night club in the perisian ghetto part, its in the beginning of the game too.

I replied to this same question earlier in the comments. But in any case, you know the texture glitch, right? One of the things you can use for it is the load screen. So I replaced the load screen with pretty rainbows and went on to purposely induce the texture glitch.

It's a bit complicated. First you need to find a way to edit the game. (No-CD patch, etc.) Then you replace the India (or another level) load screen with your choice of epicness. Then you run the game and induce the texture glitch. You won't get the "full" result the first time, and you'll have to keep circulating the glitch from a load to another. There was a sequence of game loads for having the glitch take every single texture like this, but I can't recall how exactly it goes anymore.
