I have a question would a Siberian Husky be a good companion for a pet Fox? Most Huskies I see are always outside and in open enclosures kind of the same size pen Ron Ron is in mostly because of a Huskies desire to run. I'm just thinking since a Siberian is more of a outside Dog I think it will get along fine with a Fox but I could be wrong though I hear Huskies have a high prey drive as well.

So I do have a question, do you have problems with him going to the bathroom in his water bowl? My fox has started doing that and it's gross and annoying

Ron does also, it's fox instinct. But Ron doesn't seem to do so as much anymore in the inside water bowl, since he has another water bowl outside in his pen and also the kiddie pool full of water in the summer... He seems to pee and poo and mark to his little fuzzy heart's content outside, and not do so inside in his living room cage (he comes and goes as he pleases through a pet door)

@frosty1997 Foxes are very independent creatures that don't make the best of pets save for the few people who can provide exactly what they need. They have razor sharp claws and teeth, and even if you're really careful, you're bound to get nailed by them at some point. Think of it as kind of like a cat on steroids as far as independence. They're not usually a "pick up and hold" kind of pet.
