I hate this guy's reviews. He can't just give a compliment, he always emphasizes some tiny flaw in something right after giving a passive, underwhelming praise. Plus, he's creepy.
Hmm the way he sits on and scratches the bumper leads me to think he is better suited reviewing minivans and camrys. Any car guy would give a little respect to a new car, especially one that didn't belong to him. There is absolutely NOTHING that competes with this car as its in a class of its own. No, its not a v6 rwd. If you want that go buy a BMW and have a intimate relationship with the repair shop. If you want a bulletproof, fuel-efficient, winter-capable sporty sedan then this is a winner.
I agree to some degree of this review. I just bought a 2012 Honda Accord EX. I have also driven the tsx before. The Accord Ex engine(k24) is basically the same as the i4 in the tsx. It's smooth and responsive. The quality in the tsx is more refined than the Accord. But if you want to save 8k and have better gas economy and roomier interior, go with the Accord EX.
the word automotive engineer means nothing to me.. i am a mechanical engineer and i used to work at honda and also at michelin.. whats his background? mechanical? electrical? please dont tell me software....
This guy is the steering is 'numb'. I disagree. I have the 2010 TSX, and let me say that the steering is excellent. The steering is ELECTRIC. Parking the car is so easy with this steering, that you can park with one finger......some people are never satisfied (like Consumer Reports).
i love how he brings a 4 cylinder model to the testing in this video and says how "it's outgunned by the competition"....he didnt see that V6 TSX coming i suppose....286 bhp, same as an 08 TL type S....and the new gen TSX looks much larger than the older gen TSX (which means more passenger space), and it gives better fuel economy than the previous gen as most other car journalists have said....so haters.....keep hating...or drive your old ass integras if u got complaints about current acuras
@desimunda116 i guess it's a matter of taste..i personally think previous gen tsx looked a lot like a honda civic with some chrome linings and a pair of re-designed wheel sets.....im sure the older gen tsx was nimbler than the current one...but the current gen tsx is far from being a disappointment
Good car with nice overall balance and value but hindered by being front wheel drive when other luxury entry cars are RWD. This is just an accord with powerful 4 cylinder. But there isn't much wrong with that. For 30 grand there are plenty of nice cars to choose from...Even a loaded Accord V6.
@igotwhips you're absolutely right. FWD has always been a drawback for a car like this especially in such a segment as the one where the TSX belongs..and to also iterate your point about an accord V6, it's funny cus when i was buying my car i was considering a fully loaded honda accord and then i said u know, for 2 extra grand, i can just upgrade to an acura altogether, and it's not just the car, the customer service was also factored in the equation. i have my tsx for 2 years now and i love it!
This car is just basically a rebadged honda accord

@camthegreat123 honda is a different line, and the accord is a completely different car.

what is with that 3/4 view of the rear at 2:43. Holy bumper edge, almost as sharp as its beak.
