why do they do cardio in space ???

when in space you dont use muscle as much as on earth so it leads to them wasting away. They would get weak if they didnt exercise to make up for the lack of muscle fatigue. Bone mass also suffers i believe.

they need to find some real resistance exercises because when running or doing cardio even on earth they are wasting muscles and stressing themselves

A lot of this video shows the old dude wrecking the station.

He comes busting out of the cieling with stuff flying around, jumping thru chambers.

The oxygen is stored in tanks onboard the space station. The shuttle delivers the necessary supplies every few months.
