It's not that hard to simply unlock all the characters and karts pretty much anyone can do it if they put the time into it. Besides he was probably holding a camera which would hinder his driving efforts or he probably just wanted to show us the White ROB (also has red arms). Even if he was that bad, think about it... he has action replay... Still a funny comment though.

Or just pick world wide or rivals mode to get some Japan players... I don't know about you but I have seen some really crazy or cheap hacks like start on final lap, moonjump, shyguy, any item any time, controlling bullet bill, playing on a different course than you, offline courses including battle courses, hacked records, 300cc, easy power slides etc. Maybe they aren't the craziest but its still impossible to beat them.

Yeah I'd like to see some of your crazy hacks then since the most chaotic I've seen is probably spam lightning or blue/red shells lol. My point is that most hacks I've seen are already available or are their by default and that makes sense. It wouldn't be as likely to encounter someone using a code that they discovered and haven't shared with anyone yet. Japan has the internet too you know, any hacks that they make will eventually be discovered by americans.
