If you do somethin atleast once a month, keep stepping it up. challenge yourself like a game. start going 2 times a month, so on. youll start getting used to being out, just try findin interest in somethin. take a walk in the park, stop someone (woman) tell some lame joke "ive been walking around for hours and cant find my wallet, wanna help find it?" and after awhile of talking or walking around being friendly. tell her you never lost. she'll catch on.
