  • Maybe your name was that long time and changed when your ancestors arrived in America?Many immigrants arrived in the US and changed the spelling or knocked off some letters to make it easier to spell and pronounce.They use stroem in Sweden and Norway and strom here in the US.I think Strom means stream.
