If you have the option. Just go with another ISP provider. Windstream is by far the worst internet company I have every used. Terrible customer service, terrible connection, the speed I have is 1/3rd of the speed I pay for, and If I am lucky I get 140k download speeds (I mean 140k download slows)
Yea! My $49 lifetime per month bill with Windstream = a joke and a lie. 1st bill = $109 and this month $116! I am searching for their street address offices to make their livez a living hell. Think I can't? I won't break lawz, just people's psychi. Ze white coatz will be coming for them when I am finished with them. from ze white nerdz to ze black turdz: you are mine.
windstream is horrible! I left the company and will never go back.. they are liars.
