BTW the glass and hired horn is coming outta your salary. So you now owe us $666 an counting and don't forget to leave the red braces on the way out!

  • Miles Davis said it long ago, and it is still true - Every jazz musician should get down on their knees every day and thank God for Edward Kennedy Duke Ellington

  • @TheJazz2002 well bro... his daughter had just been gruesomly killed in a car accident.... i would be pretty angry.

  • sad, a genious like this screwed up his life with drugs. I guess they all did.

  • My boyfriend Mark is a saxophone player,this is Mark's favorite movie,we just watched this whole movie Bird last week. I really liked watching about Charlie Parker's life,too bad it was cut short by the drugs. He has a great sound on the sax.

  • The name of the tune is Loverman.

  • If they didn't want the sax and mouthpiece I would've gladly taken it off their hands :O

    They didn't have to throw it ;~;

  • @Sora247665 model sax... not a real one. Thank the lord he didnt throw a real sax through a window just for this movie.

  • anyone know the name of the tune?

  • Lover Man written by Jimmy Davis.

  • @betalive Loverman. And the movie, fwiw, was just called "Bird."

  • noooo!!!! the sax!!!!

  • Bird really did fall apart while recording this tune. Eastwood did a damn fine job, this is a loving tribute to one of this world's geniuses.

  • love this movie.... anyone know where i can watch it online????

  • Try entering on google bar: "bir taringa" or "bird movie taringa" or "bird rapidshare" and download it, it´s simple and, well, easy. Not the gratest quality, but is a very hard to find film... :)

  • Great scene from the movie. It's one of my favorite scenes also. I own it.
