He cares about his fans and it's just unbelievable! To me, he is the best singer ever! Kids on stage, people on stage, close to the crowd, respectful with their fans, warm : we love them for all these reasons!

People get crazy and stuff but I saw them twice both times in the pit and nothing happened :) Lost my balance jumping once but the guy next to me picked me up and i was alright :) When Jared was asking the crowd to do a mosh pit he repeated "if somebody falls you pick them up" a coupla times and normally people behave. Stuff like that, when he has to stop the song and interfere don't happen that often :) Oh and IF something happens he'll be there to rescue you :D
I truly admire his need to engage with his audience/fans... Standing up to the security, telling them to back off. If he were in trouble they'd kno it. He is a risk taker. He trusts his fans and they don't let em down.... That' y he' so Electricifying in his performance and in person. His confidence is really sexy! And his fans truely do love him. Me Too~
Security guys must have seen a thousand jumps like this that did not end well so i understand them hating when a singer does it.Creates too much chaos.:-))

Jared was still near the fence if you look closely. He went further into the crowd after he stopped everything and helped people.
I love 30STM and Jared is awesome but he stops songs in the middle a lot and it actually gets really annoying. You lose momentum and the experience and you're just not in the moment anymore.

i went 2 of their concerts, one of them in Milan the other one in Lisboa. People can get really crazy, start pushing each other, they dont care if someone gets hurt.

One thing more. I do not believe that Jared Leto take into consideration safety of fans. I think this jumping into the crowd is just show off. If he really takes care about fans he wouldn’t do what he do almost on every concert. He ask people about do three steps forward. @MsKtulu No offence but i think that if you can't handle a show because of the heat, being really close to your neighbours and all that you just shouldnt go to the standing area, or at least not at the front.
Personnaly, I'm lucky enough to be able to go to a lot of live shows and I know my limits, I know that my blood pressure is too lot most of the time and that i couldnt handle being at the front during a "heavy" show.

I love live music and I am lucky because I can afford do this quite often. I prefere more a bit heavier music than 30 STM and my favourite bands are Metallica, Rammstein, Creed and many others. The first concert I ever went to was Otep with American Head Charge and Bloodsimple playing. Anyway a friend of mine had an anxiety attack right up at the front of the stage. We took her outside and out comes the bass player checking on her. This was right near the end of the show, and I have no doubt they'd have paused to make sure she was alright. Lol, that same night at The Masquerade some guy almost committed suicide by ripping Otep herself right in the middle of the mosh-pit. He was removed

Killswitch Engage did this at Ozzfest and didn't play again until the girl who broke her neck got out on the gurney safely...This makes bands great because they actually care about the people buying their albums and some bands could give two shits if you're getting trampled in a pit hell they keep going!
Sometimes I think Jared is a little crazy. Fans can be kind of...well, psycho. Expecially girls! They'll rip at your clothes and hair and possibly break something. I'm a girl, but it's true. I wouldn't do that though :] I do hope, however, that when I see them next month he does something like this...that'd be so cool!

@MsKtulu (...) I don't think the singer should stop himself from having fun because most of the people front row are just girls who love his looks better than his music and can't handle being pushed a bit or not having enough space for a hour or two...
But thats just my opinion and i respect yours:)

I love live music and I am lucky because I can afford do this quite often. I prefere more a bit heavier music than 30 STM and my favourite bands are Metallica, Rammstein, Creed and many others. They are totaly different. And concerts are totaly different. Probably because fans are different. But this is something for very long post. If someone is interested in my opinion please email me.

The first concert I ever went to was Otep with American Head Charge and Bloodsimple playing. Anyway a friend of mine had an anxiety attack right up at the front of the stage. We took her outside and out comes the bass player checking on her. This was right near the end of the show, and I have no doubt they'd have paused to make sure she was alright. Lol, that same night at The Masquerade some guy almost committed suicide by ripping Otep herself right in the middle of the mosh-pit. He was removed

@cosmolilly it's not just about the whole emo thing. maybe i didn't put it right in the first place. maybe he loves what he did with his music, but if you watch some of his live act, climbing 50 feet upstage without any safety gears and doing many other crazy stuff, i think that really reflects something about his personality, and i think it's an extension from the kind of music he plays. chicks maybe dig those things as cool, but personally i think it's bs

Killswitch Engage did this at Ozzfest and didn't play again until the girl who broke her neck got out on the gurney safely...This makes bands great because they actually care about the people buying their albums and some bands could give two shits if you're getting trampled in a pit hell they keep going!

Sometimes I think Jared is a little crazy. Fans can be kind of...well, psycho. Expecially girls! They'll rip at your clothes and hair and possibly break something. I'm a girl, but it's true. I wouldn't do that though :] I do hope, however, that when I see them next month he does something like this...that'd be so cool!

@esalme30mars It looks to me like two girls got pushed down so he stopped the concert and pulled them back up. Then he wanted to be in the crowd whilst he sang but he was telling them to back up because he didnt want anyone else to get hurt from pushing.

Jared jumped into the crowd and a couple of people got pushed to the floor in the rush to get to him. So he stopped to get everyone up and make sure they're ok. That's what my friend that sent me this video told me anyway xD

Sometimes I think that is somethig wrong with younger Leto. Teenage girls are worst than death metal fans. They are there not for music but for skinny Mr Leto. I'm sorry I don't think that was nice, sweet or crazy. I think that jump in the crowd is f* stupid and irresponsible behavior. I absolutely love music of 30STM and it'd be big loss if lead singer is trampled to death. I expect more than 3 albums. Maybe 30...:>

@MsKtulu do NOT diss JARED. he is what he is; stage diving is an epic part of the rock territory. people buy floor tickets for that reason;; Jared does protect them because he cares. and if he does evr get hurt, he would hold grudges AT all. also, i dont think people who worship him will 'tample him to death'.

Yeah I know! I've seen concerts stopped before because of similar reasons... I guess these guys just don't want to see anyone get hurt. My Chemical Romance stopped a show for a few moments in Atlanta a while back because of the same thing.
