The dyno sheet shows gains of 53 hp and 53 ft pounds of torque on a 2005 GTO with a cold air intake, catted headers and 3" exhaust with a tune performed at Speed, Inc.

30 HP is pretty accurate with a tune on these. They usually put down around 340 RWHP stock and 370 - 380 with headers and a tune.
