Actually the big bang is more a hypothesis than an assumption, but it is based on the evidence of an observed expanding universe! There is no such thing as nothing because it has to exist in something. The universe has always been here and it always will be. You cannot create something from nothing. It is infinitely large and infinitely small. Reality has always existed. There can be no such thing as non reality.
Non-reality is not the same thing as "nothing". You need to understand what "nothing" really "is" before you can understand how something comes out of "nothing."
That "nothing" is like how two waves can cancel each other, becoming a zero sum. But is that zero nothing? If zero were not a reality, we wouldn't find it so crucial!
Fact is, according to science, AND according to religion, the universe was created from "nothing". Yet, neither scientists nor religionist understand "nothing" fully.
I really don't see why the two theories have to conflict. Who really knows if the story of creation is symbolic, or literal. Moses isn't around to tell us exactly what God meant by "day". Not to mention the Bible is so old and has been translated so many times, maybe something got left out? Bottom line is, it's doubtful that God meant the book of Genesis to be an accurate description of the inner workings of the universe. When I'm explaining things to my children, I usually cut to the point.
I think not too many people know that one of the first people to propose the Big Bang Theory was a CATHOLIC PRIEST named Georges Lemaitre. And that one of the Big Bang Theory's opponents and supporter of the steady state theory (long since discredited) was an ATHEIST named Fred Hoyle. I think if more people realized this they would be more open to accepting the Big Bang Theory, which is, whether you like it or not, the best explanation for the development of the Universe based on the EVIDENCE

maybe everything started with a big bang .. and after a long time (when galaxies and solar systems were formed) ,the civilizations were formed, not us but like us. They developed technologies and with their advanced rockets leaped into space. They colonized the galaxy and after few years they finded Earth. Sory but that is not what a Theory is. Theories are the best way to explain a fact. On the other hand, Facts are just facts until it can be explained by theory like Gravity, Tectonic Plates, Atoms etc. There are lots of theories that has been disregarded by science so that new explanations will give way to human innovation. The Big Bang Theory has a lot more detail than presented. Ironically it was Fred Hoyle who coined the term... to mock the idea of this theory. But as among the discoveries in the last 50 years, The standard model of cosmology is the Big Bang. It is pretty much established as how the Universe works. I know no other current science-based idea that predicts testable data, such as the Universe has a small black body temperature at 3-5 degrees Kelvin... I think the measured value is 2.72 K .

Actually this whole thing is absurd. First of all the man that came up with the Big Bang theory was a minister and scientist. He believed the big bang theory best fit in with the bible. The theory at the time was that the universe always existed. Which no scientist today supports that theory. The big bang has become the theory to explain the beginning of the universe. I once came upon a theory that supports both stories. 13.7 billion years ago big bang begun, back the time was much much slower. So this is what I think happened.
day 1, God creates light and the big bang begins (6,9 billion years)
day 2, God creates a firmament (3,45 billion years)
day 3, God creates earth and sea (1,735 billion years)

I really don't see why the two theories have to conflict. Who really knows if the story of creation is symbolic, or literal. Moses isn't around to tell us exactly what God meant by "day". Not to mention the Bible is so old and has been translated so many times, maybe something got left out? Bottom line is, it's doubtful that God meant the book of Genesis to be an accurate description of the inner workings of the universe. When I'm explaining things to my children, I usually cut to the point.

We don't know what caused the Big Bang, but this doesn't mean it didn't happen. In fact, many people believe the cause was God himself. But we can never know for sure. The steady state theory was discredited long ago. Scientists don't believe something came from nothing. We know there was a "seed" called a singularity that was already there, and that everything - space, time and matter, sprung forth from it. Again, why it was there and what caused it to expand is outside our realm of observation.

maybe everything started with a big bang .. and after a long time (when galaxies and solar systems were formed) ,the civilizations were formed, not us but like us. They developed technologies and with their advanced rockets leaped into space. They colonized the galaxy and after few years they finded Earth. The thing is that god did create it day by day in his eternal omnipotent state which time then really could of had a different perspective before the big bang. Time changes in speed plus there has to be a god to have eternity to exist .Omnipotent means infinete knowledge. Time did not start at the big bang but it did before in order for it to exist. Sory but that is not what a Theory is. Theories are the best way to explain a fact. On the other hand, Facts are just facts until it can be explained by theory like Gravity, Tectonic Plates, Atoms etc. There are lots of theories that has been disregarded by science so that new explanations will give way to human innovation. Currently, Evolution has one of the most overwhelming evidence compared to the other Theories 200k science papers in almost 200 years and modern genetics.

The Big Bang Theory has a lot more detail than presented. Ironically it was Fred Hoyle who coined the term... to mock the idea of this theory. But as among the discoveries in the last 50 years, The standard model of cosmology is the Big Bang. It is pretty much established as how the Universe works. I know no other current science-based idea that predicts testable data, such as the Universe has a small black body temperature at 3-5 degrees Kelvin... I think the measured value is 2.72 K .

The Big Bang was the beginning of God's creation work as described in the Bible. The Bible says the universe had a beginning(Gen. 1:1), the Big Bang shows the universe had a beginning. The Bible says God "stretches out the heavens", the Big Bang shows the universe is expanding. The Big Bang does not have anything to do with evolution, it just shows the universe had a beginning.

Actually this whole thing is absurd. First of all the man that came up with the Big Bang theory was a minister and scientist. He believed the big bang theory best fit in with the bible. The theory at the time was that the universe always existed. Which no scientist today supports that theory. The big bang has become the theory to explain the beginning of the universe. No one however has come up with a theory to explain how Life started that sounds plausible.

but when an object is in orbit as its trajectory starts to turn an begin its loop around an object it gains speed

I once came upon a theory that supports both stories. 13.7 billion years ago big bang begun, back the time was much much slower. So this is what I think happened.
day 1, God creates light and the big bang begins (6,9 billion years)
day 2, God creates a firmament (3,45 billion years)
day 3, God creates earth and sea (1,735 billion years)
day 4, God creates lights in the firmament (862,5 million years)
day 5, God creates birds and sea creatures (431,25 million years)
