July 25 Global Day of Action for Iran in Toronto

Shame I wish in Canada, I went to this demonstration in Sydney but people got devided again over the flag.

To unite all parties we really need to come up with the flag for Iranian movement. Definately won't be IR's but nor can be Lion Sun. but if i reaaaaly had to choose 1 i'd choose sun lion despite being anti Shah myself. But i believe thats more iranian compared to the Islamic/Arabic flag

Please email me your suggestions so we could implement it in Sydney and avoid division. go Iran <3

Dear Mil33d, In Toronto we did have lot of issues with regard to Flag, etc. ....to the point that at some point it got really bad and ended in fight. BUT, Almost every body came to the point of not bringing any flag. and just carry the placards with clear message about human rights. well many listened and July 25th was a good work.....there are still some who run their own show and I guess that's Okay.

We just have to stay united and put our focus on what brings awareness to non-Iranians

Amen to that. Thats what we've been aiming for but unfortunately its not always the case. People need to be educated about what the purpose of the movment is all about. That way we can unite them all together under the same goal/mission.

We need to insist, its not about you or them or us or w/e. Its about Us as a whole.
