Hi there! That is an interesting question;) Well this version is from the piano solo book of Casino royal. I think this arrangement is much more accurate than the version of "Great Piano Solos: Classical Chillout". And the City of lovers piece is also from the piano solo book of Casino Royal.

hehe, well actually it is a cue (music part) written for the woman Vesper. So in Casino Royal you hear it a lot because that part between Bond & Vesper is much more dominant and important. While in QAS he is depressive and he thinks of her a few times in the movie. When he thinks of her the music starts to play of the vesper theme. So i think that is the reason. If there comes a new Bond reffering to Vesper i'll guess David Arnold uses it again but slightly different by using other instruments.

I buyed the book in Canada in a music store called Tom Lee music. A giant store. I didn't know there was a book of it. Although i had a different version from it already from a collection book. Called Great piano solos Chillout book.
