Secondly, she betrayed Clark with Bizzaro is b/c they look alike and she can't tell. I can imagine how much pain Clark put Lana through when it come to loving her. Stupid jerk, Clark!!!

It wasn't Lana who lost her chance.

Honestly Clark lost Lana back in season 5 when he pushed her away.

Realizes in season 6 the mistakes he made and tries to win her back.

He reunited with Lana in season 7 and briefly in season 8 but by then it was too late for clark and lana relationship.

Years ago clark broke her heart and it came back on him. Clark made many mistakes with lana. If he did those kind of mistakes with lois lane he would also lose her.

Clark reversed time to be with lana. He anly delayed the inevatibility that he will lose lana. It happened for sure. Clark didn't understand you can never be with lana however he tries. It was/is a forebidden love.
