@PearMusicGbR Klaus was one of the REAL friends of the Beatles ; before they were famous he believed in them and was very kind to them, giving them good food, money and use of his home etc
This is so awesome beautiful & real, the recording studio old instruments Paul Ringo Klause Voorman having a great time, makes you & me feel like family.
@2Granule I think so.Since Harmonium is a keyboard with two foot pedals that you have to push to pump the air into the pipes which are similar but much smaller to the pipes of organs. The first one he played was a sort of modified hammond into a harpsichord and the last he played is a real harpsichord /clavicembalo.
@Angelo0834 thanks, well I read in some article that Paul still keep the Hofner Bass used to be played by Stu. And it looks just the same, on the video ;) thanks for posting.. Love this.
It has to be emotional for the two of them...friends for so long..here they are both old, but still doing great. and when they first met The Beatles had only been together for a couple years, not even famous yet and they were young and had their whole lives ahead of them.
I spent my childhood summer's camping in a field looking up at this windmill. Being a McCartney addict, it's like a mecca for me, much the same as Abbey Road is for so many Beatles fans.
I love that so much of the old gear is housed here.
P.S. If you can swing a tour for me that'd be cool - I'm kidding:-)

Great to see Paul and Klaus. Love the origianl instruments. Each has a voice-the challenge is using the voice where it should be used. Love it!

Yeah, Ringo's drumming is unique. Irreplaceable. Nobody infuses drums with so much joy as he does. Sorry Paul, virtuoso. You can't do what he does.

Kinda gives you chills when Paul plays the opening riff of Strawberry Fields on the same instrument that was played on the recording! Good Stuff!
