Multiple pyramids, all over the world... and many different times in history, were built with the base of it exactly the same size as each others. you do know science is a religion of material. You can study how things more and interact your whole life. in fact, you could do it for millions of years, and get no where. I understand you tryign to tell someone what they were confused on. But why? Who cares if we are crossing this line of calculations. We came from the center of the galaxy, in a black hole. So obviously the end would be into one. But that does not explain anything other than how things interact. Which is a belief/ theory.

I simply informed him that the Mayan 2012 prediction is simply based on the birth of a new sun, (our solar system crossing from one side of the plane to the other). This is symbolic to their people, and that would indicate the beginning of a new calender.

Our kind was meant to go into space. Even if there is a God, do you think he would create all that real estate and have it wasted?
If there is a God, than God and science have to match up. There has to be more out there than what most consider. Humans cannot live on this planet forever, and we were meant to travel the galaxies. That is why we were given the gift of rational thought

since when did sugar cubes wiegh over 10 tons. even most cranes cant lift that much and what the hell would they use wooden rollers yeah theyed get cruched as soon as the stone goes on them and hey they didnt even have iron tools or anything so yeah we couldnt have done it ourselves. using sugar cubes is a poor example

right the initial arguement was about we making the pyramids not about aliens so lets go back to the begining.
1) the stone used in the making of the pyramids were 2.5-15 ton, nothing back then could support that amount of weight.
2) they couldnt have had a mass amount of slaves because there wasnt enough people around for miles.
3) the only idea left is that they had help from some other being.

You're thinking far too simply about it. The pyramids were built facing exactly the directions of NSEW. Multiple pyramids, all over the world... and many different times in history, were built with the base of it exactly the same size as each others. Ancient writings speak of un-natural light sources (for example, a light bulb). Also, they have found examples of ancient batteries made from pottery, copper, and acidic fluid. AKA, the "Baghdad Battery". Why is this not a possibility with you?

The reason why the pyramids were built was to hold items inside to be preserved over long periods of time. The Pyramid is an ideal way to withstand the battle against the elements for thousands of years. If there is intelligent life, then they started very similar to us. Learning from a primitive beginning and thus resulting in space travel. They likely recognized where we were in that journey and tried to help us preserve the past to educate the future. Its not that far fetched, really.

A theory in science in not equal to a guess. A scientific theory is much more than a guess. A theory is supported by evidence & has passed all falsification tests. This is when a theory indeed might even be considered a law. The Big Bang is one of these theories. There is much evidence supporting it. Predictions founded on its premises have been observationally verified. Just a friendly FYI. Source: Stephen Hawking, Michio Kaku, and etc.
