Why not fill the tires with water? Get an old tire pump (floor pump) and fill them underwater. I used to do it and jump bikes in an old pool.

@fanbutton True, but I would guess whatever grease and oil leaking from the bike is miniscule (as in not quite enough to threaten aquatic life). While it is true that some formulas of lubricant are toxic, there are also formulas that are bio-degradable. Now, I am NOT flaming you or trying to be insulting. I am giving you an honest, rational opinion.
