Just go out your RV tthe go to ''News'' and then select current tourment and then try to do what it says.

but im not sure you can do it now, cuz the DiRTNET is down

For the "Just Drive" Achievement you need to drive 100 Miles without unlocking any other achievement

how do you how to get the " with great responcibility trophy" the one where you have to get a cautions impact rating. my impact rating is red does it have to go to green and how do you do it?

No they are not ps3 trophies. Its the Xbox 360 Achievements for the game. Look in the description.
