but there is one thing i dont get. youre very exact and professional at in every single step, but when you´re grinding de fiberglas of the steeledges you take a belt-sander and just grind over it ?
I think the reason that your digital caliper is reading 5.78 and not 6mm is that your not taking into account your flexible wooden layer and your clear plastic layer that lay on top of your board molds, they are adding thickness to it and making your nose and tip rise prematurely, evidently affecting your camber aswell
i do have a question.. do these boards have any type of camber or are they just left completelt flat on the bottom?... and if I need a camber i would need to put that in my mold correct?

just so you know fiberglass dust is hazardous to lungs... I think you are exposed to it when you cut the edges..
