You can order DVDs, like the comment below says, but the Pancake Mountain website says that international orders (I live in the UK too) have to go through Dischord, who've sold out of the first two DVDs, which this episode is on.

I decided to have a go ordering straight from Pancake Mountain to the UK, and there wasn't a problem though, so maybe give that a go.
