Edwidge is gracefully elegant and insightful, no wonder her work speaks such depths of craftsmanship. The interviewer, however, was a little awkward, very cut and dry. I kept wincing when she'd ask another question.
@redtsika There is nothing wrong with the interviewer.. she is from a different time. In Haiti this is the way an interview is done. We let the interviewer speak. In America reporters try and show off and upstage the person they are talking to.
I totally enjoyed this interview.I find such grace and modesty in Edwidge Danticat. The interviewer also touches a few questions that I wanted to ask as well. A little surprised by the number of views though, which shows a lack of interest in books among Haitians.
I thought you can only upload videos under 15 minutes long to YouTube. How did they post this?

@snowgirlie21 They probably paid YouTube. Money talks.

She is hands down among the top writers of the 20th century. She gets more props from me than Toni Morrison....I can UNDERSTAND her work !!!

That's a bad way to say the last word and attempt to disappear, thinking that you can not be contacted. Wrong. That's not the way to do it.
To prolong? Again, do not overestimate yourself.
Ass-holing for suggesting to have some Korean text in your channel's front page? Or, have you read some other ass-holing I've done somewhere else?
Now, tell me what E.Y. stands for. :---)
