  • I prefer the out of the cellar version tho- either way beautiful intro!

  • Pretty intro- saw them with bon jovi! The 80's rocked!

  • ahhh cokkee

  • Greater version.

  • I always did like this version better than the one on 'out of the cellar'.......

  • cool

  • robbin crosby riip

  • Wow, this is a lot better than the more famous version because the drums sound real, not vomiting reverb like the drums in the music video version. I also like the bass, you can really hear it in this version. Oh and the solo was nice.

  • @Joebo3 I have to agree. You can really hear the bass in this song and it was well done.

  • holy shit this is rare where did you get this

  • @MrYngwie88 Its from the RATT EP its not that rare.

  • This was and is the very first and Best version...

  • @Sixshotreviews2 That version is more uptempo, this is more like a ballad. And if you ever go and see them live, this is the version they always play.Love the bridge in the middle of the song just before the solo. The Out Of The Cellar version doesn't have it which to me is the difference.

  • @csplendrig Yeah but if you ever go to see Ratt live in concert, this is the version that they play live.

  • love this!! one of the best songs ever!! ♥

  • Maybe need more trebble

  • @pappysmp learn to spell its "treble"

  • @dokken447 ah,he was close enough....

  • 1:57. Look at Stephen! What brand does he smoke? I need to some of those invisible cigarettes for work!

  • Ratt are so underrated, it's not fair. With other bands, it's merely a case of being overlooked but a lot of people tend to ignore Ratt's significance in the artistic and commercial development of heavy metal.

  • man i wish i coulda hung w/ them

  • 1:40 is so awesome

  • IMAO this version is the best.

  • juan really wanted his bass to be heard!i found a copy of the first e.p. with a black and white pic on the back.i wonder why they eventually changed it?

  • @dimebagdave77, to gain more commercial success. The same thing happened when Elektra re-released Too Fast for Love.

  • just sounds like the original , but with the tempo slowed down??

  • Great song, this version is better than 'out of the cellar', they should have just left it alone, however it was probably some suit that said record it again, any, Awsome song. the 80's were Killer

  • i love those orgasmic chords just before the solo on this version.

  • Thanks for the great photos!!

  • Remembering buying the vinyl. It's definitely a demo but has real potential. This sounds so good. The acoustic guitars, the defined bass lines, etc! It's really cool!

  • I love this song. Have it on vinyl.

  • Cool, but I also prefer the Out Of The Cellar version.

  • the one off the album has a much more "ballsier" sound to me

  • I prefer the transition from acoustic to electric on the album version. It has more of a metal vibe.

On vinyl, this has a strong sludge metal sound (the original '83 release not the polished '85 re-release).

However, I miss the breakdown this version has.

  • saweeeet!!!

  • Pretty good sounding actually. I kinda like this one better I think :-O
