I hate to be a hater, but the side of the cart says, "bao zi" which isn't dumpling. The chinese word for dumpling is "jiao zi".
Nevertheless, this animation was AWESOME.

@MousePADDING Baozi is a 'steamed chinese bun'. I'm guessing it was easier to call the animated short 'Dumpling'.
...although I guess she could have put 'jiao zi' on the side of the cart instead :)
