People just can't stop comparing every track that has triad chord structures to every deadmau5 track, stop doing that. this track has nothing to do with Not Exactly. Yes its sound familiar and have similar sound but atmosphere is different. the track is great btw, like progressive fan, not trance one, I can't believe Tiesto did this great track. thanks for the upload.

I don't really find this track similar to Not Exactly. Hundreds of tracks have the same opening beat. This tracks doesn't even start until melody kicks in the middle of it and by that tie it's nothing like Deadma5. Great track on a mediocre Kaleidoscope release.

This is my favorite tune from his Kaleidoscope album. I will argee that it's familiar to 'Deadmau5 - Not Exactly' but 'Always Near' is better. He's done this before with his 'Elements of Life' tune where it's main riff sound is similar to Eden by Sander Van Doorn. Eden was produced about a year before elements of life.

tiesto got WAYY off the trance track this time.. Elements of life was not as bad as kaleidoscope.. but i have to say that "kaleidoscope" is not trance but its a masterpiece.. this and louder than boom are the only 2 songs that made the album for me this time. all the others are just... BAD.. I just checked the ARMIN VAN BUUREN yearmix 2009.. it was good.. too steady of a beat that's for sure.. but i enjoyed remembering all the songs..
