Bronze Whaler sharks off Waiheke Island New Zealand

Crusoe rock area use to be one of my favourite shark fishing grounds after we got bored chasing snapper all the time - more fun than chasing snapper for sure.

haha shot phill (phills the charter man) and umm mate they only go there when phill feeds them they dnt go around in by the wharf only stingerays go there the sharks go out during day nd come back on the avo

Most of the waitemata is lousy with bronzies once the hot weather comes around.Crusoe rocks is not a good place to try pulling up a fish at times.You certainly dont want to berly up ...

Matiatia Harbour is lousy with Bronzies- biggest seen around 9'-10'.
