Whether you see the glass half empty or full depends on how thirsty you are.If you've been out in the dessert for days w/o water it is 1/2 empty.If you live near a mountain spring its half full, because its no big deal that its half empty or half full because there's more where that came from & reality affords that optimism.If your'e in the dessert then that type of optimism is ridiculous because half a glass of water every other day isn't enough.Either way it is really always half full & empty
