I have just discovered "Funk" channel and find it quite amazing. Great guy, great videos, great tips and awesome hip-hop music! Looks like this will be amongst my favorite channels with the likes of Elliott Hulse and j-hashey.
@Caraullywuelly Caraully - you do each station for 5 minutes straight - each station represents a round. So in teh end you will complete 5 different rounds. Should take about 40 minutes total with warm up and post workout stretch...Yes I take a protein supplement as protein is the most important component to your nutrition - I also take a multi-vitamin, just to help with my recovery, etc. My workouts are tough and taxing and to ensure proper recovery and health I take the multi-vitamin - Funk
hey man not to be knit picky, but it will help you a little bit to have your head slightly up, let's more air in and also to move the elbow socket so that you work your back more on the pushup, don't know how to explain it but it takes all of the unnecessary strain off the top of the should around the delt. Works for me and I learnt it from a guy that trained the head of my gym Saulo Ribeiro.

hey i was wondering...i started gym 2.5 months ago and i was doing my chest everyday...(i know thats bad)the first day i felt sore ,but as i was doing it everyday i stop't feeling sore...i know that was normal but now i had a break for 2 weeks and started and i felt soreness for 3 days on my chest,and today it wasnt sore ,so i went gym...i dont feel sore .why is that?? is that bad ?...
@antwnis94 Do a search on DOMS on google. Boby builders will say it's bad to work the same muscle group daily but others advise that working out the same muscle groups is ok. Many fighters etc do more full body type workouts daily. Obviously the type of workouts amd intensity are different. I all depends on what you want to acheive.
