  • Considering that Sonnon is a world champ grappler and Gotch a world champ wrestler is it any surprise their methods are similar?

  • ive seen a lot of info about indian clubs reciently, what sort of weight is Sonnon using there? Do you recommend a certain weight for a clubbell beginner?

    Also love Sonnons exercises, they are a fantastic combination with Karl Gotchs Combat Conditioning Hindu Squats, Pushups etc.

  • The recommendation on their website is a 15 pound clubbell for a man and a 10 pound clubbell for a woman.

  • karl gotch was a wrestler who used alot of bodyweight excercise for training scott sonnen is an athlete who does the same. if it works its good, scott sonnen and carl gotch are booth good
