  • Im a really small guy, and not very strong... I have a mens board at the moment, and its supposedly very flexible, but i can barely even pull off a board press or ollie. Would you recommend a womens board for me to use?

  • @sodapop134 Hello soda, you certainly can us a woman's snowboard so long as your boots fit fine on them. Womens boards are noticeably more narrow and might cause a problem if you have an average mens boot size. Also, are you on a park board? Park boards are the softest of the bunch so those are worth a look. The Rome Artifact is one of the softest jibsticks on the market. Check it out!

  • @skisdotcom At the moment im riding a 2010 burton hate, which is supposed to be a park/ all mountain board. On the burton website they give this board a flex rating of 2 (1 being soft, 10 being stiff). So considering that I barely have enough weight on me to flex that board im thinking a womens board might be worth a shot... Only problem like you said is boot size causing toe drag.

Thank you for your help, I'll definitely have a look around.

  • @sodapop134 The Rome Artifact is softer than the Hate. Another thing you can try is sizing down as well. What is your weight and boot size? We can recommend a few options for you.

  • @skisdotcom Thank you, I really appreciate it. Im 120 pounds with size 8 boots, and about 5'9".
